Opportunity Assessment
Before anything else, we listen. We conduct a thorough assessment of your opportunity — your funding requirements, your existing position, the commercial viability of the transaction, and the realistic landscape of capital that might be appropriate. We give candid feedback at this stage. If the structure needs work before going to market, we will say so. Nothing is presented to capital partners until we are confident it is ready.
Investment Material Review
The materials you present to institutional capital partners will be scrutinised. Pitch decks that are not concise enough, financial models that do not hold up to questioning, investment memorandums that fail to anticipate the right questions — all of these cost deals. We review, challenge and rebuild every document to the standard institutional investors actually expect. Having sat on the institutional side ourselves, we know what that standard is.
Capital Introduction & Terms
With your opportunity properly prepared, we go to market — selectively. Drawing on our global network of boutique investment banks, private credit funds, family offices and institutional capital partners, we identify the most appropriate sources of capital for your specific transaction. Every introduction is deliberate and tailored. We source indicative terms and manage the initial engagement with capital partners on your behalf.
Guided Capital Raising
We remain present throughout — not as a facilitator in the background, but as your adviser in the room. We support investor pitching, coordinate due diligence, manage the information flow between all parties, and provide strategic counsel at every stage of negotiation. Our engagement ends when capital is successfully deployed. Not before.
We work confidentially and without obligation at the initial discussion stage.
